At GCCS we hold a number of drives throughout the school year to collect food and other items for the poor and unfortunate. At the moment, we are holding a food drive and a pop tab collection drive.

We collect pop tabs for the Royal Legion’s Tabs 4 Wheelchairs Project to make wheelchairs and walkers for people with disabilities and who need them.

The food drive is for the Guelph food bank and we are collecting food in the foyer of the school in big blue buckets. Flyers about the food drive were handed to all of the mail carriers in the school. (The youngest in the family is the mail carrier).

If you can, please donate to the food bank for the poor. Every penny and crumb helps.
