How to Apply

At GCCS, we are grateful for its community of families and looks forward to welcoming new families each year.

GCCS accepts applications as long as space is available. To ensure your child has a spot, we highly recommend applying and submitting payment as soon as possible. We seek to have a user friendly enrolment process that allows parents to be well informed about what GCCS offers. The following steps comprise our enrolment process:

Step 1

Take A Tour
of our School

Arrange to meet with our Principal who will gladly discuss the educational needs of your family, introduce you to staff members and answer any questions you have about Guelph Community Christian School.

Step 2

Understand
our Vision

Review the information booklet you receive to ensure you fully understand the purpose and vision of GCCS, parental/school partnership, the policies included and the services offered.

Step 3

Attend a
Taster Day

Your child(ren) has the option of attending a morning, afternoon or a whole day taster session in their potential class to gain further insight into life at GCCS. This can be arranged through the school office.

Step 4

Complete the online application form.
A non-refundable enrolment fee will be required ($500 upon notice of acceptance). This will be credited toward your tuition for the first academic year.

Pledging to GCCS

Donation pledges represent the generous commitment of donors to contribute a specified amount of money to an organization over a predetermined period. These pledges can take the form of conditional donations, where payment is contingent upon the fulfillment of certain conditions, or unconditional donations, which are given without any specific requirements or stipulations.
