Since 1961, Guelph Community Christian School has been faithfully nurturing, educating, and inspiring students to love God, love others, and serve our world. As a community, we want to sustain this legacy for generations to come.

In 2012, we purchased and renovated our current school property. Since then, we have experienced the benefits of a spacious and beautiful facility to learn in, even during the covid pandemic. As we seek to further the mission and vision of GCCS and ensure that more Guelph families are able to afford a Christian education, we are developing a “God sized vision” for the future. As such, we recognize that one hurdle to overcome is our current mortgage.  On average, our debt is costing each family at GCCS approximately  $1,000.00 in tuition payments every year, and this obstacle should be removed.

Project Legacy is intended mainly for this purpose, with the added attraction of celebrating 60 years of God’s blessing, and the arrival of our new outdoor classroom which is now under construction.  How exciting to be so richly blessed with this feature! And how wonderful that the Legacy campaign has already crossed the minimum threshold of raising the funds needed to guarantee a matching 500,000 gift!  Most of these pledges and gifts have come from the GCCS community at large (alumni families, students, and community support).

We are now appealing to you to join this venture. As God has made it possible for us to choose a Christian Education, we can help to minimize the future cost for current families and many prospective families who may struggle with finances.  Please become part of this legacy with us.
