Soccer. Cross Country.
September
An opportunity for our students in grades 6 – 8 to develop their skills, foster a love for the game, and cultivate a strong foundation in teamwork and sportsmanship. Through structured coaching sessions and engaging drills, we create an environment that is both challenging and supportive. With an emphasis on fair play and positive reinforcement, we strive to instil confidence, resilience, and an appreciation for the game.
We focus on fundamental techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending, ensuring each child receives individual guidance.
Our training sessions are designed to inspire growth, foster camaraderie, and lay the groundwork for future success on and off the field.

September/OCtober
Cross Country is an exhilarating sport that combines athleticism, perseverance, and a love for running. Our program for grades 3 – 8 provides a platform for students to explore their potential, build endurance, and develop a passion for distance running. Whether they are aiming to improve their personal best or simply enjoying the thrill of racing, cross country fosters a supportive and positive environment where every child can thrive. Our program encourages students to embrace the joy of running and to discover the rewards of pushing themselves to achieve new goals.
Through regular practice sessions and friendly competitions within the school community and against other schools, participants learn the value of discipline, goal-setting, and teamwork.
Students receive training that focuses on proper running techniques, pacing strategies, and mental preparation.
Cross Country not only promotes physical fitness but also instils life skills such as resilience, determination, and a sense of accomplishment.
